The bi-injection molding process is a sophisticated version of injection molding, which offers the opportunity to combine two colors within one step injection process.

We, ERF has launched Bi-Injection molding on cream jar.

• One time Injection process can increase efficiency on production. Reduces.
• Also utilize Bi-injection to make 2 layers of color, it replaces color coating decoration. This way to reduce the pollution of color coating made.
• This double-walled jar comes with an inner opaque layer and a translucent outer layer which makes it an ideal alternative for color coating process.
  It makes lead time shorter and price lower.
